A 1989 graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine, Dr. Keifer went on to perform his residency in pediatrics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from 1989 to 1992. He then furthered his training with an additional residency in anesthesiology at the University of Virginia Medical Center from 1994 to 1997.
